About the Email issue

I was notified that the settings for emails are greyed out and force everyone to receive emails about every site action.

Try as I might I can not find any possible way to solve this issue. I have looked in every setting, every option on the site editor. No leads. I am at the mercy of Wix with this one. The only solution I can give is that you unsubscribe from all emails by finding this message at the bottom of the email that looks like the photo and click "unsubscribe"
